At Javier E. Bidot & Associates, PSC (JEB), our passion for excellence drives us to deliver the best services in land surveying and consulting. Established in 1996, JEB specializes in infrastructure, topographic and plan and specifications surveys for the Architectural and Engineering community.
Since the beginning our goal has been to be as accurate, specific and straightforward as it is mathematically possible. That has made us the dependable source for all surveying needs in our areas of service: Puerto Rico, its archipelago, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Our headquarters in the municipality of Caguas, Puerto Rico allow direct access to all mayor highways and to the San Juan International Airport. This makes it possible to cover our clients’ needs with expediency and ease.
Besides the local registration standards, our firm has been accepted as a competent provider for AFI (Infrastructure Finance Authority, Spanish acronym), the government agency responsible for the planning and management of the largest infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico, and accepted as well by the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority for large scale Real Estate boundary and construction planning surveys.
Presently we are under IDIQ contracts for the following Federal Government Agencies:

- US Fish and Wildlife Service
- National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Our company has introduced the ALTA/ACSM survey standards to all boundary surveys performed in-house since 2008. This was initiated because we believe in consistency, uniformity, and a higher standard than what is required by the local survey community.
