Javier E. Bidot has been awarded the DBE by the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority.  This certification, emitted in accordance with 49 CFR, which utilizes Small Business Administration criteria for its selection process, will enable our clients to obtain the best possible survey services in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, while complying with federal government mandated DBE certified subconsultant quotas. This is a competitive advantage in the A&E evaluation process, that will also raise the bar among present DBE survey businesses resulting in overall better quality mapping and geospatial products in the local A&E community.
