On March 18 and 19, 2024, Javier Bidot (JEBA) staff received their annual Utility Locator Training in the vicinity of CIAPR, in San Juan. This time the course was offered by personnel from the University of Texas at Arlington. The course included classroom sessions and field refresher exercises with the state-of-the-art electronic locating equipment, GSSI and US Radar Ground Penetrating Radar units. JEBA has been hosting these technical workshops periodically for the last 12 years, making sure its staff is always at the forefront of technology and field designating techniques.
