Since 1990, Javier Bidot, JEBA’s principal, has been involved in the P&S estimates, field data collection, computation and negotiation of payment estimates for construction projects that involved millions of square meters of rock blasting and earthwork, infrastructure and bridge construction. Please see below various specific purpose surveys that are offered for select Client needs:
Structural Monitoring – Consisting of the systematic surveys of fixed monitoring marks to assess different types of movement (e.g. settlement, displacement, etc.), verticality of P&G tanks, etc.
Expert Witness – JEBA’s principals, Javier Bidot, licensed professional surveyor in Puerto Rico, Florida, USVI and New York, and Carlos Lebron, licensed in Puerto Rico and Florida, have been issued contracts as expert witnesses in boundary cases by the US Department of Justice, Environmental and Natural Resources Division, and by the US Department of Justice, US Attorney’s Office, Civil Litigation Division, as well as cases in local courts, which attest as to the qualifications, solid track record and specialized experience in performing legal boundary surveys and producing cadastral maps.
Construction Support – It has been said “construction stakeout is not for the faint of heart”. Taking it a bit further, we are the go-to outfit to place the setting out points and survey references for many multi-million-dollar projects. This experience on construction, measurement, computations and conflict resolution translated into one of JEBA’s line of niche markets since 1996 niche markets.
